Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings, and the remaining balance must be cleared before delivery completion. While we take utmost care in handling goods using professional packing materials and trained staff, we are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
